To ensure that Respak and InfoGenesis are properly set up in accordance with meal periods . To ensure the workstation is organised and stocked with the needs . To ensure all furniture, lighting and operating equipment are clean and ready for service . To meet and greet guests in a professional manner . To carry out suggestive selling . To respond proactively to guest's queries and take prompt appropriate action . To ensure guest's satisfaction are met at their meal experience . To assist in cashiering and presenting bills . To handle minor guest's complaints in a polite, prompt and professional manner and inform his superior(s) of the complaint immediately . Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior(s) Requirements -Candidate must possess at least Diploma -At least 2 Year(s) of working experince in related field required for this position -People and service orinted -Warm and Cheerful personality -Willing to start on short notice -Responsible for Safety audit -Responsible for all day to day mangement & operations
