Job Description


:

  • Maintaining standards; such as service and product knowledge of the premier restaurant
  • Fully operational for all shifts including opening and closing shifts
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with facilitating or assisting the scheduling of work schedules
  • Provide fast, efficient, courteous service at all times to guests.
  • Acquire full knowledge about the restaurant, promotions and special offers.
  • Adheres to all licensing, hygiene and safety regulations & guidelines
  • Handle guest complaints by following the procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
  • At least 2 or 3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a Chinese restaurant environment
  • Minimum \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level or Diploma in F&B service or equivalent
  • Able to commit to the restaurant\'s peak period including weekends, the eve of, and public holidays
