Job Description
:
- Maintaining standards; such as service and product knowledge of the premier restaurant
- Fully operational for all shifts including opening and closing shifts
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with facilitating or assisting the scheduling of work schedules
- Provide fast, efficient, courteous service at all times to guests.
- Acquire full knowledge about the restaurant, promotions and special offers.
- Adheres to all licensing, hygiene and safety regulations & guidelines
- Handle guest complaints by following the procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 or 3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a Chinese restaurant environment
- Minimum \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level or Diploma in F&B service or equivalent
- Able to commit to the restaurant\'s peak period including weekends, the eve of, and public holidays
