Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations for skincare and cosmetic products Demonstrate proper use of products through in-store testing or mini consultations Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on the latest beauty trends and launches Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing at all times Process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges using POS systems Maintain high standards of hygiene, especially when handling testers and samples Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and merchandising as needed Participate in brand training and promotional activities Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary

Requirements:

Prior experience in retail sales; experience in cosmetics/skincare is highly preferred Strong passion for beauty, skincare, and customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
