Retail Associate Location: Marina Bay Basic Salary: $2,200 - $2,500 + Commission Operation hours: 11am - 9pm Working days / Hours: 5 Days / 8hrs + 1hr lunch break daily (shift work) Job Descrip Retail Associate Location: Marina Bay Basic Salary: $2,200 - $2,500 + Commission Operation hours: 11am - 9pm Working days / Hours: 5 Days / 8hrs + 1hr lunch break daily (shift work) Processes customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly Deliver exceptional customer service based on company's service Mantra, including welcoming and greeting all clients Be the ultimate brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to the store management team Support the Operations team in maintaining stock order and assist in cycle count activity. Participate in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data Other duties as assigned Requirements Energise in fostering a meaningful client experience centered around inclusion and connection Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
