JOB SCOPE

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Assistant Manager with key festive, fashion and beauty campaigns via planning and execution of marketing strategies, including key visual development, content creation, paid media, events and promotions that will give retailers the opportunity to maximise sales and exposure.
  • Lead the online engagement strategy for and maintain the @TheShoppesMBS Instagram account, via management of content calendar, daily content posting, liaison with retailers for social content, planning and executing photo and video shoots to create custom content, running social contests, planning paid media support, and other related tasks as assigned.
  • Act as the department\'s liaison for social media marketing efforts relating to Chinese social media platforms including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, etc.
  • Manage the department\'s internship programme, which encompasses hiring, onboarding, mentoring and evaluating the performance of interns.
  • Manage and allocate advertising spaces within the Mall (e.g., poster stands) as part of ongoing retailer support for in-mall exposure.
  • Act as the daily point of contact for assigned Fashion and Beauty retailers to assist in their day-to-day marketing activities and events in the Mall.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with other departments and communicate effectively with internal / external stakeholders.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc marketing-related tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certification
  • 2.5 to 3 years of full-time, permanent, working experience.
  • Tertiary marketing qualifications apply.
Experience
  • Passion for fashion and / or luxury marketing is a must.
  • Integrated marketing campaign (online and offline) planning and execution experience required.
  • At least 2.5 years of Agency experience (creative agency, media agency, social marketing, or events marketing agency) or marketing experience on the Brand (retailer) side required.
  • Experience with luxury fashion and / or social media marketing is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a large highly matrixed MNC environment or global agency a huge plus.

  • Demonstrate an aptitude for luxury aesthetics and flair for content writing (a plus).
  • Well-versed in use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Possess knowledge of digital and social media platforms.
  • A self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and follow through with projects.
  • 2 references required, along with examples of end-to-end marketing campaign execution experience.
