Retail Banking System Officer
Job Description
Main Tasks and Duties Conduct research on retail products and services in local market; Prepare product or system requirement document; Coordinate with technical team of H.O.for project on new products or system enhancement request; Work out solution for functionality defects; Support branches to solve any issues related to product and system; Dedicated in digitalization of personal banking cater to envolving industry; Follow up on product and system upgrade; Any work assigned from time to time by supervisor or the ManagementJob Requirements Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT, Computer science, Banking and Finance or related discipline At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience; Candidates with strong knowledge in data analysis or promotional content creation will be advantageous; Fresh Graduate are welcome English & Fluent written and spoken Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Good interpersonal skills and communication skills Technology savvy Good teamwork
