Retail Development Executive

Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Development Executive to support in real estate matters. This candidate will be reporting to the Head of Retail Management Services.
- Working Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6.30 PM)
- Salary: Up to $3.5K
- Support the HOD in all real estate matters including lease negotiations and maintaining pipeline of future locations for retail stores
- Assist in developing retail strategy including store planning & optimisation, store concept & fitting-out etc.
- Work closely with Operations and Merchandising teams on implementation of business initiatives
- Build strong rapport and good relationship with landlords and stakeholders
- Handle lease administration matters and maintain accurate file records
- Coordinate and prepare reports, and conduct market research as required
- Any other duties as assigned
- Excellent communication and writing skills and strong analytical skills
- Meticulous and well organised team player who is able to work independently
- Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Real Estate, or other related disciplines
- Relevant working experience, preferably in similar position with other retailers or real estate firms
- Good understanding of commercial lease terms and real estate industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reading architectural floor plans
