Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and assist in customers\' inquiries.
• Perform Sales Transactions with utmost good faith.
• Provide good customer service and always uphold the company\'s image.
• Responsible for store\'s equipment and cleanliness
• Assist in handling stock inventory and replenishment.
• Maintain visual display of stocks to enhance promotions.
• Perform cashiering duties.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE \'N\' level or \'O\' level
• Some working experience in the retail and telecommunications industry is preferred.
• Strong passion for customer service excellence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed and pleasant personality
• Responsible, independent, and a good team player
• Product training will be provided.
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and PH.
