The Opportunity

• Degree in Real Estate or equivalent
• Resourceful, energetic and confident individual with at least 6 years of retail leasing experience
• Effective interpersonal, negotiation, organisational and leadership skills
• Good contacts with retail players and agents
• Thrives under pressure

The Job

• Leasing of retail properties owned by the group by sourcing and securing suitable tenants that fit into desired tenant mix at the malls as well as for MCST properties
• Identifying market trends, key insights and rethinking of marketing tools to lease out retail spaces
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost
• Reviewing and formulating marketing and leasing strategies for long term sustainability in current Covid19 environment
• Building and establishing good tenant relationships and cultivating strong network with prospects and partners.
• Supporting AEI on leasing of new retail spaces and carrying out feasibility studies for new developments or projects assigned by Head of Retail from time to time
• Managing key stakeholders and engaging senior management on obtaining approvals for concepts, revenue budgets and sharing of any periodical updates.
• Preparing management reports and annual budgets including review of rental rates for the group portfolio of retail properties.
• Reviewing rentals and occupancy periodically to implement appropriate marketing and renewal strategies to meet KPIs
• Tenants\' Management including assisting Credit Control team with arrears management to reduce company risk exposure.
