RETAIL MANAGER

Manage all retail outlets operations Motivate and drive the sales team to achieve store targets and personal target/KPI Submit reports on staffs individual sales performance/ outlets performance Training and supervising retail staffs to ensure their performances is up to the brand's standard Recruit and hire staff for the store to meet the needs of customers To oversee daily stores operations and plan employee duty roster Manage product layout and visual display Maintain healthy stock inventory

REQUIREMENTS

Min 5 years' experience in the fashion retail sector as supervisory/ managerial level Have a passion in ladies fashion and service industry Able to attend to mandarin speaking customers 6 off days / 44 hr per week / group commission
