What you'll be doing:
Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional service Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations effectively Plan and execute promotions, upselling strategies, and marketing initiatives Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to enhance store performance

Proven management experience in retail or customer service Proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
