Job Description
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
In Store Operations
- Manage the Retail Team, sales and operation planning.
- Handling manpower and operational planning to ensure the smooth management and staff productivity.
- Assist in on-job training & field coaching for frontline staffs.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and maintenance are maintained as per brand standard.
- ManagE the inventory of saleable goods in stores, to maintain on-shelf availability at optimal levels.
- Ensuring the achievement/meeting of sales target at the respective counters.
- Prepare monthly sales performance, market analysis and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with related departments (VM and Marketing) during brand launches not limiting to merchandising and marketing campaign launches to achieve operational efficiency.
- Inventory and logistics management.
- Supporting Ecom channels and customer service.
- All other administrative duties.
- At least 2 years of experience in Retail operation functions for Beauty
- Good people person with a positive mindset.
- Independent and decisive. Enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and customer management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
