Job Description


Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

In Store Operations

  • Manage the Retail Team, sales and operation planning.
  • Handling manpower and operational planning to ensure the smooth management and staff productivity.
  • Assist in on-job training & field coaching for frontline staffs.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards and maintenance are maintained as per brand standard.
  • ManagE the inventory of saleable goods in stores, to maintain on-shelf availability at optimal levels.
  • Ensuring the achievement/meeting of sales target at the respective counters.
  • Prepare monthly sales performance, market analysis and inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with related departments (VM and Marketing) during brand launches not limiting to merchandising and marketing campaign launches to achieve operational efficiency.
In office Operations
  • Inventory and logistics management.
  • Supporting Ecom channels and customer service.
  • All other administrative duties.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Retail operation functions for Beauty
  • Good people person with a positive mindset.
  • Independent and decisive. Enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and customer management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
