Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Assist Retail Manager in overseeing all operational duties and ensure smooth daily operations in store
- Attend to walk-in customers\' needs, enquiries and complaints
- Order, check and receive goods from suppliers
- Handle goods-receiving in SAP system
- Guide, train and mentor new retail staff on customer service, company policies and operation procedures
- Supervise and lead a team of retail staffs
- Display products on shelves, replenish goods and monitor visual merchandising of product display and change display if required
- Ensure the store are always clean, neat and tidy at all times to enhance good customer experience
- Any other duties as assigned by Retail Manager or the Management
- Min. 1 year of supervisory experience in leading a team of retail staff
- Must be able to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers and read chinese product label
- 5.5 days work week including weekends and Public Holidays
