Overall Role Purpose:
To ensure that Retail Outlet is running smoothly & efficiently and revenue target of store is met through the proper implementation of programs, quality customer service, and giving feedback to retail supervisor.
- Manage and deliver customer-focused service in all retail outlet
- Implement standardized guidelines & procedures and monitor store performance
- Achieve sales revenue target, sales shipment target and sales leads target
- Deploy innovative technological automation in the retail outlet
- Win, retain and develop Cash Customers through sales "hunting" activity such as calls
- Upsell additional services to the existing client base to increase volume and sales revenue
- Ensure full and complete customer data in POS
- Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet.
- Undertakes any assignment/special project such as sales campaigns as determined by the Retail Manager
Job Requirements:
Preferable Diploma in Business or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in frontline customer service, marketing or sales
Commitment to service and support both internal and external customers is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong in both written and spoken English
Shortlisted candidate must be able to commit on Saturday and Public Holidays
