Job Description
- 5 Days Work Week
- Commission + AWS + Medical Benefits
- Execute day-to-day operations in alignment with the Company\'s SOP
- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve strong sales performance
- Coordinate with Buyer and warehouse for inventory replenishment/movement
- Perform daily email checks and provide regular sales updates
- Maintain sound knowledge of brands and products through continuous updates on the latest product information
- Motivate and lead the team to meet sales targets
- Handle cashiering, bank deposits, and submit reconciliation reports to the Account department
- Ensure regular and timely visual merchandising and housekeeping
- Plan rosters and leaves effectively
- Take responsibility for new staff orientation and provide training/coaching
- Standby to cover staff during medical or urgent leave
- Maintain top-notch client relationships
- Implement proper visual merchandising for both window and booth displays
- Advantageous to have a passion for Luxury Retail
- Possess 1 year of experience in the retail sales industry
- Customer service-oriented with a commitment to retail shift hours (Between 6:00 am to 1 am, including weekends and Public Holidays)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Willingness to work in various outlets located at Changi Airport
