Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, personalized assistance to customers in-store, by phone, or through email, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, including POS, NETS, and credit card processing.
  • Assist with sales and operational tasks to maintain smooth daily store functions.
  • Keep shelves stocked and organized, and contribute to store housekeeping to maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Support the Store In-Charge with any additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE xe2x80x98Nxe2x80x99 or xe2x80x98Oxe2x80x99 Level qualification.
  • Previous retail experience, especially in the healthcare sector, is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Conversational ability in both English and Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong customer service focus, a friendly attitude, and reliability.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.
