Job Description

The Store Manager / ASM will be required to enhance customer-centric satisfaction, meet sales target and profitability goals, manage KPI's and manage staff effectively. Manage and oversee store personnel, supervise store operations, cleanliness, display arrangements, enforce SOP's to ensure store is ready for business every day. Ensure efficient operation on day-to-day basis, improve productivity and streamline store activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance levels.1. Manage daily operations, staff performances, store setting objectives, administration, customer-centric services, human resources, and all products sales;
2. Preparing, and reporting on budgets and expenditure to Regional Retail Manager, HOD and General Manager Retail;
3. Recruiting, training/guiding, and supporting Regional Retail Manager and HOD as well as conducting regular performance appraisals for lower-management staff's;
4. Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities;
5. Ensure that store meet budget and sales goals and make improvements or changes if needed then provide a report to the upper management;
6. Ensure that the store is following the safety, health, and business laws and regulations;
7. Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing the quality performance of the store by addressing customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly and reporting the issues to the Regional Retail Manager, HOD, General Manager Retail , and/or related department;
8. Cooperate with Regional Retail Manager, HOD and Marketing team for the planning of any events, campaigns, advertising plans, and/or any business marketing related to the store in-charge;
9. Ensure the store supervise are achieving the business goals and revenue targets. Maximize company profits at the store you supervise;
10. Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports to Regional Retail Manager, HOD and General Manager Retail on market movement and penetration;
11. Any other projects as assigned. Any other job roles and responsibilities assigned to you during employment.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a Manager role and/or eight (8) years and above of overall combined retail experience. The set of skills and other requirement needed to succeed in these key practice areas include, but not limited to:1. Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
2. Ability to motivate others on a team and help them succeed
3. Multitasking skills and the ability to tend to multiple problems at a time
4. Problem-solving skills, especially in situations of high stress
5. Strong knowledge of company policy, goals, setting SOP's and KPI's for store.
6. Ability to generate a variety of reports and presentations displaying store performance
7. Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations
8. Excellent organizational skills
9. Results-driven and customer-centric servicesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per monthSchedule:

  • Day shift
  • Late shift
  • Weekend availability
