Remuneration Full-time: up to $3,200/ month (Basic + Allowance)
Description Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints and queries
- Monitor and replenish the stock promptly to ensure adequate merchandise display
- Assists in stock-taking exercise
- Monitor, analyze, and inform the Store-in-Charge on the sales performance of the departments
- Handle the administrative functions of the department such as processing purchases, orders stock, receipt reports, etc.
- Assists in any duties pertaining to in-store promotions and sales
- Diploma in any field
- Rich working experience in the retail industry as a manager or supervisor
- Good planning, organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive working attitude and customer service mindset
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
