Roles & Responsibilities The Role Responsibilities:

• Managing the walk-in customers and provide professional and personalized services.
• Responsible for the day to day operations of the shop and ensure that the products are well-presented and in accordance with brand and visual-merchandising identity.
• Actively work with garments - replenishing, folding, hanging, tidying, displaying, and merchandising.
• Follow up on sales routines, policies and guidelines and ensure sales target are exceeded.
• Recoginze sales opportunities (on Designer Women's Fashion) and maximize the revenue.

Ideal Profile Skills Required:

• You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Luxury.
• You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
