Job Summary

We are looking for a Reward Specialist who will responsible for supporting the delivery of Reward processes and analytics for area of responsibility including job evaluation, compensation and benefits. Ensures Reward processes are delivered accurately and timely and ensures compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. Supports all organizations based in the assigned countries of responsibility. This is individual contributor role based in Jurong, Singapore and reporting to the Manager, Reward Services APAC.

What you will do

As Our Reward Specialist, you will;

• Participate in the annual market benchmarking exercise and reward reporting tools in the area of responsibility to ensure external market competitiveness
• Participate in the annual compensation review and yearly variable payment procedures to ensure timely and accurate payment and data integrity
• Propose and validates salary offers and compensation changes for existing employees.
• Conduct reward / payroll related analytics and gives insights for reward surveys
• Provide inputs to global reward / payroll policies, processes, and tools upon request
• Support & analyze local benefit data and plans
• Contributes to an overall successful delivery of HR services to clients as a part of the HR Service Delivery team
• Ensures adherence to Reward policies and procedures
• Active in continuous improvement projects to increase client satisfaction, ensure compliance, and promote efficient work processes.

We believe you have

• University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in compensation & benefits
• Good knowledge of labour laws and regulations prevailing HR practices
• Broad knowledge of industry and market best practices
• Proven data management and analytical abilities
• Collaborative team player proven ability to work in a global virtual, culturally diverse team
