Position Purpose

The successful candidate will be joining a Global Banking Application Production Support team (APS) that supports multiple Risk and P&L systems which is used by global teams. The team plays a key role, liaising between the business, IT development and other support and technical teams. The team is split across 5 sites London, Singapore, Mumbai, Montreal and New York looking after a group of applications: risks and P&L explain, risk presentation, analytical libraries and market contribution tools. The new member will be based in Singapore taking care of risk and P&L daily checks for Rates and Credit perimeters. The applicant needs to be able to work autonomously unsupervised and have good communication skills to interact with other team members globally. The candidate will work in a team of 5 people (including themselves) supporting mainly in-house applications which are mainly hosted in Europe and developed by teams in UK. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities

• Assist troubleshoot and resolving incidents and problems on supported application.
• Monitor and maintain system health and performance.
• Develop, maintain and support Disaster Recovery plans on the weekend (bi-annual exercise).
• Participate in improving our monitoring and alerting tools for the support team to be more proactive on incident resolution and prevention.

Contributing Responsibilities

Specific Qualifications (if required)
Desirable :

• Basic understanding of Risk and P&L terms
• ITIL basic knowledge or understanding between incident tickets and problem tickets.
