This role would be ideal for someone who is tech-savvy and has meticulous attention to detail. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll get to:
Work closely with department heads or stakeholders to coordinate the creation, review and implementation of risk guidelines, manuals and operational processes, ensuring compliance requirements are adhered to across departments
Apply and interpret audit, regulatory and compliance requirements, managing and leading the company in implementation of SOC 2, ISO 27001, PDPA, GDPR, CSA STAR requirements
Develop risk management plans and conducting vulnerability assessments on projects to meet compliance and regulatory requirements
Manage audit and regulatory reviews from coordination and communication with internal and external auditors, to implementation and follow-up with internal stakeholders
Conducting internal reviews and audits to ensure compliance
Implement best practices, systems and technologies in risk management
Support Data Protection Office in the planning, execution and delivery of personal data protection initiatives
So here\xe2\x80\x99s what we are looking for:
At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in managing IT and operational risks
Strong competencies in risk management concepts, risk assessment, design and application of risk management strategies
Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, PDPA, GDPR, CSA STAR requirements
Audit experience is a bonus
Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
Passion for working in a start-up and fast-paced environment
