Partner with stakeholders in the implementation and monitoring of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERM) and ensure it is robust and relevant to changing business needs and business environment
Provide guidance in policies implementation and review of key policies and procedures
Conducting training and raise awareness to stakeholders on risk management & compliance
Perform due diligence, evaluating opportunities and risks of the industry , competitive landscape and strategies for asset management
Review, identify and present pertinent risks and formulate sound mitigation strategies and reports for new investments and divestments
Develop independent financial models for projecting IRR, NPA, ROI, WACC and related metrics and corporate financial ratios
Assist with any other works as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Degree with 10 -15 years relevant experience in investment and divestment for major projects, mergers and acquisitions
Possess indepth understanding of the opportunities and risks in maritime industry, its competitive landscape and strategies for asset management
Keen observer who keeps abreast of global outlook and generates analytical insights of geopolitical and economic trends, market developments, and potential value creation and or impact on Organisation
Good knowledge of COSO/ISO 31000 ERM and key risks such as strategic, compliance, operations, technology and financial risks and their correlations to the Organisation's risk appetite
Acute commercial awareness to formulate sound mitigation strategies
Hands-on person, highly adaptable and enjoys new challenges in pioneering works that spans across the Organisation
