We work with clients to deliver business control to help them to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business from people to performance, systems to strategy, business plans to business resilience. We help clients manage, mitigate and control risks from potential cybersecurity breaches to possible breaks in the supply chain. At the same time, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be supported by our senior leadership to develop your career in the fields of cyber security, operational and technology resilience, and business continuity management.As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will be leading teams to advise clients around building resilience and sustainability by embedding measures to prevent, respond to, recover and learn from operational disruptions and incidents, with a particular focus on critical services and third parties, technology, data, premises and people. You will:

• Be a subject matter expert on operational and technology resilience (BCM) risks, with significant experience in leading either advisory or operational execution teams in this space.
• Lead discussions with business and technology stakeholders to help develop and refine their resilience strategy, especially with respect to digital transformations / cloud.
• Help our clients develop and implement operational and technology resilience policies, frameworks and standards
• Lead operational and technology resilience reviews (including Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery) to assess current state and develop a strategic improvement roadmap
• Work with our clients to develop and uplift end-to-end resilience / BCM programmes, from the initial risk assessment and threat/scenario analysis, to business impact assessment, to policy and framework development and the building of playbooks, etc.
• Develop and/or implement integrated crisis management structure, protocols and plans to help clients streamline their crisis management process.
• Conduct training to equip organizations with the knowledge to manage their resilience risks, and operate their resilience/BCM frameworks.
• Lead business continuity and crisis management exercises to help clients validate their resilience capabilities.
• Work with Partners and/or Directors to identify new business opportunities, drive proposals, prepare and deliver client presentations, and convert opportunities into long-term client engagements.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and help identify opportunities to broaden relationships with new and existing clients.
• Lead and mentor your team, including providing on-the-job coaching, knowledge sharing, and being able to draw on subject matter specialist knowledge accordingly.
• Share leading practices amongst the business and technology community, publish whitepapers and thought leadership articles, and participate in industry events.

Requirements and Attributes:

• At least 5-7 years (manager) or 8-10 years (senior manager) of experience working in one or more of the following disciplines: operational and/or technology risk & resilience, business continuity management, disaster recovery planning, technology risk management, or regulatory compliance. The seniority of the candidate is commensurate with years of relevant experience and skillset.
• Good understanding of resilience and business continuity best practices including knowledge of local (e.g. MAS Revised BCM Guidelines) and international BCM standards (e.g. ISO 22301, SS540, EU DORA).
• Proficient in planning, designing and conducting TableTop Exercises and other business / technology resilience exercises .
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with significant experience in managing complex engagements and stakeholders; business development experience is a plus.
• Professional certification(s) in one or more areas of resilience / BCM / DR from a recognised institution such as CBCP, CCRP, BCCP, BCCS, BCCE, etc.
