Provide IT onsite support and service delivery to end users in related to computer hardware, software, printer, etc problem diagnosis and issue resolution
Perform new PC/printer deployment, tech-refresh and decommission
Able to operate and administer patch management and software distribution
Provide day to day support for MS Windows-based servers to ensure consistent and reliable service to the end users
Support and assist users to achieve deliverable daily operations and project implementation in workplace environment

Maintain and update IT related document to ensure up-to-date processes as well as technical content
Attend to customer enquiries (phone/email) and follow-up with appropriate solutions
Coordinate with equipment vendors and 3rd party suppliers to resolve the problem
