• Conduct due diligence to introduce and productize new Roaming product and services revolving Digital Workspace/Future of Work to promote enterprise mobility and digital workspace. Functions include business development and evaluation, competitive analysis, business case justifications and Go-To-Market.
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for roaming services across customer segments.
• Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and market opportunities to enhance revenue streams through product packaging, pricing and bundling.
• Analyse roaming traffic trends and develop strategies to increase usage and customer engagement.
• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring that products meet customer needs and align with business objectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of roaming service into the overall customer experience.
• Meet and exceed P&L of the services responsible.
• Perform financial budgeting, forecasting, variance justifications, risk assessment.
• Conduct competitive analysis, formulate product strategies and roadmap and constantly enhancing product value propositions.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor(s).

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor Degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in product management, preferably in telecommunications industry, with specific experience in roaming or mobile services.
• Strong ability to analyse data to guide decision-making and drive product enhancements.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Knowledge and experience using product management and analysis tools.
• Expert in MS Powerpoint and ability to develop professional presentation quickly.
• Able to work in effectively in a team and with stakeholders to communicate requirements effectively.
