RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support to Solution Architect in designing effective and scalable process automation solutions by analyzing and assessing solution feasibility from business functionalities perspective and conduct Proof-of-Concept (POC) if required.
• Provide support to Solution Architect in scoping and prioritizing process automation projects by conceptualizing the overall system landscape design and projecting the implementation effort required.
• For finalized landscape, acquire the required services, expertise and resources to realize the solutions.
• For approved projects, study the as-is and to-be business process flows, determine detail requirement using flow diagram, UML or user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• With the requirement given, prioritize functionalities against sprint cycles and create timeline using swimlane process map or Gantt chart to delineate responsibilities and track progress.
• Implement the required functionalities by sprint cycle and for each iteration, test the solution, address defects and document business outcomes.
• Maximize reuse of functional module across solutions.
• Work closely with the software developers to implement and commission the solutions for SEs.
• Transfer the right level of competency to SEs so they can operate the solution independently on a daily basis.
• Monitor effectiveness of deployed solutions periodically and provide on-going support for business alignment and continual improvement.
• Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by superior.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business process management or equivalent.
• Minimum of three 5 years in building business digital platforms with one to two (1-2) years engaging in process automation related projects.
• Experience in RPA platforms such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere and/or UiPath. Strong analytic skillsand ability to streamline business processes. Preferred tech stack is C#, SQL, Python, Bootstrap, JavaScript,Angular, HTML & CSS. Familiar with Google suite of tools such as App Maker will be a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to engage business communities and collaborate throughout the process from business requirement to solution deployment; with experience in managing vendor relation will be a plus.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment; with exposure to SAP S/4 HANA is a plus.
• Creative/Innovative thinking, Customer focus, result driven, Team player, positive attitude, solid communication skill and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
