JOB SUMMARY

Provide administrative support to the Director of Rooms and Front Office department.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the Director of Rooms in the day-to-day operation of the department as required. Duties also include handling the compliance, loyalty reports and administration support for the Rooms Division Department.

• Manages communications, draft correspondence and other business memoranda, creates presentations, proofread, edits and formats business documents, coordinates office functions, confirms appointments and conducts research.
• Schedules departmental meetings, takes minutes and arranges/attends sub-committee meetings as required.
• Assists and supports staff events as appropriate, such as leadership meetings, staff receptions, etc.
• Establish and maintain Professional and effective communication channel within Rooms Division department and the other departments.
• Follows up in the implementation of the policies and procedures of service of Rooms Division department.
• Maintains all documentation related to Rooms Division department audits.
• Update and maintain an efficient e-filing system for Rooms Division department.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Rooms.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Nitec in Hotel Management and/or Hotel & Tourism Services
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in handling Front Office administrative area. Fresh graduates are welcome too.
• Willingness to learn.
• Great teamwork, interpersonal & communication & multi-tasking skills.
• Monday to Friday work week.
• Able to start work anytime or within short notice period.
