Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required skill(s): leadership, communication skill, inter personal skill, computer literate and know how to use MS Office, Analytical
Can provide analysis and compose reports,
Knowledge in Geography - principles and methods.
With background in using SAP
Minimum of 1 year experienced in Warehouse and Distribution (FMCG)
At least 1 year experience in as load / route planning.
Full-Time position(s) available.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Monitoring of scheduled trucks for loading according to call time, arrival should be pre-determined and aligned with warehouse for picking
. Manages and assists all trucks for loading inside the warehouse by giving instructions to truck personnel, from loading procedure and loading sequence according to delivery or order of priority
. Handles loading problems and errors such as No Show trucks, truck breakdown, miss assignment, truck capacity and double booking
. Handles releasing of DTR/ Invoices to delivery based on SOP 100% completeness of documents, securing P.O
his covers drop by drop status report from truckers
. Can do direct and close coordination with concerned units including Customer Service, Sales, Marketing & Logistics
. Perform scheduling of returns for pull out, aligned with fixed delivery schedule
. Immediately source trucks for pending routes due to several issues like offload, truck no show and refuse to load
. Sending of IncidentReport of third party trucking services failed to pickup routes due to truck no show and refuse to load
