Responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects and marketing campaigns, including marketing automation implementation projects and optimization.
Design and deliver compelling automated email and digital campaigns that target multiple stages of customer journeys.
Analyze, monitor and communicate the performance of email initiatives to the marketing team. Maintain email best practices including browser/client compatibility, the effectiveness of subject lines, use of images, delivery timing, engagement filtering and development of promotions best suited for the email channel alongside other paid marketing channels and developing integrated strategies for improvement and growth
Integrating automation for social, web, SEO and online advertising
Generate Monthly marketing performance reports
Assist in running online events
Requirements
5 years+ marketing automation in B2B (Mailchimp knowledge is a must)
5 years+ experience in building dynamic content and personalization logic in email campaigns and programs.
Proven success in managing SEO/CRO initiatives
Technically capable, excellent communicator both written and verbal, and a passion to improve processes.
Demonstrated experience with utilizing web analytics (Google Analytics preferred) to make data-driven decisions leading to positive business outcomes
Great attention to detail and technically strong in marketing automation and data integration
Proactive and positive can-do attitude, able to work efficiently and effectively in a WFH environment.
Demonstrated outstanding problem-solving ability and attention to detail to deliver high-quality output.
Great team player who enjoys sharing their knowledge and skills with others
Passionate about all things martech and data - proactive and always want to learn more
