JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To review, conduct incident / accident investigation and provide recommendations for countermeasures and to prevent recurrence of accident
To conduct daily safety inspection and other type of safety inspection as required at work site
To coordinate the immediate rectification of unsafe conditions and correct any safety malpractices on site
Monitor and oversee the enforcement of In-house Rule and Regulation and ensure safe work practices on site
Ensure and to carry out duties in accordance to WSH Act
To establish, update, maintain, and implement the Safety and Health Management System
Follow up on the submission of HSE documentations
Prepare Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
Certificate in Safety Coordinator / Advance certificate in Workplace Safety & Health
At least 3- years of relevant working experience
Independent, organised with positive work attitude
