Job Description

What the role is:The incumbent\'s job responsibilities include but are not limited to:What you will be working on:1. Implementation of health and safety interventions within the plant to ensure that they are effective. - Conduct weekly safety plant inspection and quarterly cross department and installation audit. - Planning scheduled for in house safety training for staffs and contractors. - Quarterly safety engagement (dialogue) with staff and contractors. 2. Ensure CWRP\'s activities on health matters and safety are following all statutory and organisational requirements (e.g. safety committee meetings, obtaining and renewal of Bizsafe level 3 and ISO 450001 (safety management standards). 3. Engagement thru Safety Dialogue, Safety Training, Mass Toolbox briefing aim to build trust and effective communication with staff and contractors, interactively promoting discussion and feedback towards improving and sustainable safety cultures. 4. Drive overall activities and matters related to health and safety to ensure all their requirements are always complied with. - Reviews of risk assessment, safe work procedures and other relevant safety documents for staff and contractors prior to start of work. - Investigate accident related and recommend safety measures to prevent reoccurrence. - Meeting and consultation with staff and contractors with regards to safety compliance prior to work. 5. Initiate Emergency Preparedness of CWRP. - Emergency Exercises - Fire Drills and Table-Top ExerciseWhat we are looking for:
