Location: Toa Payoh Working Days: Mon-Fri (5 Days) Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm Job Scope: The Sales Account Manager is responsible for the entire sales process from intelligence gathering and Location: Toa Payoh Working Days: Mon-Fri (5 Days) Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm Job Scope: The Sales Account Manager is responsible for the entire sales process from intelligence gathering and prospecting to negotiations, securing and managing new and existing accounts. - Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to effectively achieve organizational goals - Delivers online product demonstrations using Skype, Net-Meeting and Go-To-Meeting - Enters, updates and maintains daily sales activities and client/customer information into Sales database - Manages and updates interaction of Sales force and CRM - Pitches clients and customers to decide, buy and use the company's products - Plans an effective sales targeting approach to the assigned sales territory - Prospects and cold-calls on businesses and organizations - Regularly follows up on inbound leads and sales inquiries - Responds to customer/client inquiries, suggestions, complaints and other details, by phone, online video conferences and email. Job Requirement - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. - At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
