Sales Account Manager - Singapore - Permanent Position

My client is a global technology vendor that helps customers succeed in their digital transformation journey with their cutting-edge software solution such as BSS/OSS, Cloud, 5G, AI, etc.

This is permanent role that will be based in Singapore and travelling to region on project basis.

Responsibilities:

• Present and demonstrate the software solutions (OSS/BSS, Cloud, 5G, AI, etc) in sales/customer (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital Transformation) meetings, product seminars, and exhibition shows
• Articulate product features and benefits using simplified technical terms during demonstrations
• Understand and analyze customers\' requirements to design solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop proposals, business case analysis, statements of work, and other relevant documents during tendering.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas while adhering to the company\'s sales rules of engagement.
• Provide weekly reports of pipeline and sales forecasts.
• Update orders and sales records and negotiate the best contract terms.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand sales territories by meeting new clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Telecommunications/Computer Science/Electrical/Electronic Engineering/IT or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant working experience in a similar role in the telecom/vendor industry.
• Experience with Telecom BSS/OSS and cloud-based solutions design for vertical industries like e-commerce, transportation, resorts, payment
• Experience in large-scale & long-cycle projects sales
• Mandarin speaking is a must in order to communicate with HQ in China
• Willingness to travel for business regionally
