Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process orders and invoicing
• Co-ordinate with dealers, factories and logistic providers on shipping arrangement
• Prepare and follow-up on shipping documentation
• Update and maintain marketing sales data
• Prepare monthly sales reports

Responsibilities:

• GCE 'O' Level/Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge on Import and Export, and LC transaction knowledge is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and be self-motivated
• Possess initiative, meticulous and is a keen learner
