Job Description

:

Assist Country Manager, Singapore in her daily operations and regular reports

Support local sales team on calls, enquiry, quotation and CRM

Process Sales Order, create new customer account, purchase requisition, loan requisition, Monitor shipment

Liaise with Finance company, service department and external vendors

Monthly invoicing for rental trucks, updating fleet details and AR follow-up

Update Lease Engine

Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally

Carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records

Coordinate equipment test, email test certificate to customer, verify invoices

Process Works Order by allocating new Plant number to rental trucks, prepare Delivery order

Sort and send mailers

Prepare Salesmen comm

Job Requirements

Diploma with 5-8 years working experience

Must have experience in SAP Sales processing experience in Trading company

Microsoft office Skills, SAP knowledge is preferred

Ability to work independently and committed.

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

High level verbal and written communications skills

Working schedule: 5 days week

Work place: Loyang
