To manage new and current customer sales accounts
Responsible for handling sales orders, invoices, and delivery coordination
Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and follow up on orders
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and correspondence
Generate sales reports, track sales performance, and provide insights
Other ad hoc jobs as assigned by farm manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong computer literacy and proficient in MS Office applications.
Sales-oriented and able to interact with customers from all walks of life.
Eager to learn with can-do spirit.
Good team player with strong communication skills.
Experience in handling seafood orders preferred.
Able to work off-shore on Ketam island.
