The role



The Sales Admin Executive provides critical support to Finance (Accounts Receivable) and Sales teams, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial and sales activities. This role enhances operational efficiency, strengthens customer satisfaction, and enables the sales team to focus on revenue generation. Success requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the capacity to prioritize and multitask effectively. Additional administrative and ad hoc duties may be assigned.

Key accountabilities



Sales Support


Validate and reconcile sales orders and pricing; coordinate with operations, finance, and sales for timely fulfillment and posting. Serve as primary contact for invoice-related inquiries; collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Prepare invoices, statements of account, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances. Month-End Closing: Ensure accurate and timely recording of payments and invoices in SAP. Maintain strong relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.

Data Management & Reporting


CRM Maintenance: Update customer profiles and sales activity records. Sales Reporting: Generate forecasts, KPI reports, and revenue analysis for management. Document Management: Organize contracts, agreements, and customer records. Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to audit and procedural standards. Commission Calculation: Prepare and compute sales commission reports. Generate reports for internal monitoring and QA purposes.

Administrative Coordination


Internal Collaboration: Act as liaison between sales and other departments (finance, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth operations. Team Support: Assist sales and finance teams with reporting


Skills & experience



Diploma or degree in business or related field preferred. Background in sales support, administration, customer service, or AR roles. Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce). Strong written and verbal skills for client and team interaction. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ensure accuracy in records and transactions. Proactive approach to resolving issues. Thrive in fast-paced environments.
