Act as the first point of contact for incoming sales inquiries and respond promptly to customer queries, providing accurate product information and pricing details.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and efficient order processing, preparation of sales invoices, and delivery orders.
Liaise with external shipping and freight forwarding partners to coordinate shipment schedules and track the status of shipments.
Assist in preparing monthly reports, summarizing sales performance, inventory levels, and shipping metrics to provide insights to management.
Process payments, debit notes, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and vendors, warehouse staff, and customers to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any operational issues.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, logistics, or customer support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using SAP or similar ERP systems to manage sales and logistics data.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
