Sales Admin Specialist (electronics Mnc)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming sales inquiries and respond promptly to customer queries, providing accurate product information and pricing details.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and efficient order processing, preparation of sales invoices, and delivery orders.
- Liaise with external shipping and freight forwarding partners to coordinate shipment schedules and track the status of shipments.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports, summarizing sales performance, inventory levels, and shipping metrics to provide insights to management.
- Process payments, debit notes, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and vendors, warehouse staff, and customers to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any operational issues.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, logistics, or customer support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using SAP or similar ERP systems to manage sales and logistics data.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
