Position: Sales Admin Support Coordinator (Purchase Orders /Sales Admin/ Invoice)
Location: Joo Chiat Road (EAST)
Working hours: 5 days work week: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus + Medical claim is capped at $200 per year + 14 days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Create purchase orders, invoices, packing lists and purchases.
Verify shipment detail before delivery.
Coordinate, monitor and follow-up with internal department/forwarders/carrier on document issuance, incoming / outgoing shipping and payment arrangement.
Complete documentation for new customer/vendor registration.
Arranging or coordinate for office maintenance services (eg. Air conditioner, printer, pantries appliances and etc.)
Coordinating meetings and appointments and performing clerical tasks
Any other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
At least NITEC certification and above.
Good in Microsoft Office and Windows.
Got experience with Trading
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
