JOB TITLE: Sales & Cleaning Specialist

DEPT/GROUP: Sparkle Clean Working Hours: 27 hours (3 days work week)

Reports to: Supervisor

JOB PURPOSE:

• Perform high standards of Cleaning & Maintenance task for Baby Gear
• Willing to work with Baby Hardware (ie. CarSeat & Stroller), to better facilitate cleaning & maintenance.
• To provide an exceptional service to all customers, maximising sales opportunities.
• Observance of operational standard processes.

JOB ROLE:

• Provide an exceptional standard of customer care
• Deal with occasional customer feedback and reaction and handle any query or situation diplomatically and efficiently, keeping immediate superior informed
• Compliance to the cleaning procedures incidated in the SOP
• Ensure correct use of equipment, and proper handling of customers’ items
• Carry out any other duties as requested by the direct supervisor to ensure successful performance of the store
• Observe workplace safety, security and health guidelines in accordance to the company’s policies

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Fluent in both spoken and basic written English
• Spoken Mandarin or Malay an added advantage in order to better assist & communicate with mandarin/malay speaking customers
• Experience in a retail environment is desirable
• Minimum 1 years experience in frontline customer services an added advantage
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including weekends, and holidays, as needed
• Basic digital knowledge
