You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and increase sales productivity.How to succeed:

  • Oversee CRM/Hubspot performance, strategize on process improvements, and coordinate team and meetings.
  • Provide in-depth sales and client analysis, and drive activity based on results vs targets
  • To work out a KPI plan with the Head of Department for each sales personnel, track and review KPI on a monthly basis
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to reduce them to make the sales machines go faster.
  • Involves prioritizing urgent tasks and major projects to make sure critical work gets accomplished.
  • Collaboration with other departments; e.g. marketing on campaign execution and reporting, finance on deal and revenue recognition management, and sales automation implementation and maintenance.
  • Supports day to day operational execution of Sales Orders
What we need from you:
  • At least 3 years experience in sales operations management, sales support or process improvement.
  • Must be an expert with Hubspot or other CRM software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical abilities to inform decisions
  • Works well under pressure and with proven time management and prioritization skills
