Job Description


The Sales and Customer Service Manager is directly responsible for enrolments and is the key ambassador in representing MindChamps in delivering the ChampionGold Standard. With a genuine understanding of customers’ expectations, you will take pride in making every customer journey a truly impressive and remarkable experience. Successful candidates will receive invaluable mentorship and guidance on various business functions and operational procedures to ensure the success of this role. This position provides ample opportunities for career advancement and professional development, including possible cross-functional deployment and overseas assignment. Reporting to the General Manager, this position is best suited for ex-cabin crew looking to develop a fulfilling and long-term career in the early childhood education industry.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Ensure occupancy targets are consistently achieved.
  • Ensure all parents’ feedbacks are handled and resolved in a timely fashion.
  • Actively engage and build a strong rapport with existing and prospective parents to drive enrolments.
  • Effectively communicate benefits and USP of MindChamps’ programmes/ products to prospective customers.
  • Responsible for the whole enrolment process from cold-calling, prospecting, conducting centre tours, follow up, closing to providing after sales service.
  • Manage multiple communication channels via email, telephone and/or over the counter interactions with customers.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of support to parents.
  • Keep abreast of market competition and develop a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all matters relating to customer service and satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
  • GCE “O” levels and above.
  • Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in delivering exceptional customer service or in sales.
  • High level of energy, enthusiastic and passionate about customers’ happiness and satisfaction.
  • Impeccable demeanor with excellent interpersonal, communication and people skills.
  • A great team player with active listening skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • A Champion mindset committed to delivering outstanding performance.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a proven track record in sales is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and agility to adapt well in fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
