Job Description


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control inventory selling price
  • Manage day-to-day operation in support of Sales teams including sales/service enquiries, quotation, job creation, order acknowledgement, job processing etc
  • Follow up sales/service quotation and orders with customers/service engineers
  • To liaise and coordinate to customer’s request or delivery
  • To provide good support and customer service to existing customers, implement customer relationship shipment strategy to achieve customer retention and loyalty
  • Handling customer property/samples and relate
  • Prepare incoming and outgoing courier documents
  • Coordinate with customers for shipping document arrangement

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Studies/ Marketing or equivalent
  • 2 years relevant working experience
  • Good communication skill, experience in customer service
  • Possess good working attitude & have strong sense of responsibility
  • Must be mature, independent, with initiative & able to handle duties with less supervision

Other information:
  • Salary will commensurate with job experience and qualification
  • On the job training will be provided
  • Transport provided at JE mrt
  • Working hour: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm
  • Annual leave 14 days, Medical and dental benefits
