Manage day-to-day operation in support of Sales teams including sales/service enquiries, quotation, job creation, order acknowledgement, job processing etc
Follow up sales/service quotation and orders with customers/service engineers
To liaise and coordinate to customer’s request or delivery
To provide good support and customer service to existing customers, implement customer relationship shipment strategy to achieve customer retention and loyalty
Handling customer property/samples and relate
Prepare incoming and outgoing courier documents
Coordinate with customers for shipping document arrangement
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Studies/ Marketing or equivalent
2 years relevant working experience
Good communication skill, experience in customer service
Possess good working attitude & have strong sense of responsibility
Must be mature, independent, with initiative & able to handle duties with less supervision
Other information:
Salary will commensurate with job experience and qualification
On the job training will be provided
Transport provided at JE mrt
Working hour: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm
