The primary responsibility of this role is to provide Marketing and Sales support. This role helps in the execution of marketing and sales activities and also works closely with the respective cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of marketing and sales processes.
Support the sales, trade marketing, and marketing administrative functions.
Assist in preparation of the assigned sales, trade marketing & marketing activities reports, and analysis based on information/data received from the respective functions.
Ensure an appropriate filling system by documenting systematically all relevant documents for easy retrieval and execution in a secure manner, including share point administration.
Ensure smooth running of daily and ad-hoc office administration matters.
Perform general clerical duties, office maintenance, and supply.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Commerce or Business Studies or related area
At least 2 -3 years of working experience in the related field, especially in sales/marketing or commercial functions
Well-organized and meticulous
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
