Job Description
The Opportunity:Our client is a leading German multinational corporation, specializing in the production of industrial adhesives for over 50 years. They develop tailor-made solutions for automotive, aviation, and electronics industries. We are currently seeking a Sales Support reporting to the Project Manager, to be responsible for order management, coordinating logistics, processing payments (AP/AR), and inventory management.

- Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM (WFH)
- Basic up to $4,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Managing all sales orders (processing, arranging for logistics, and tracking of statuses).
- Liaise with German headquarters for all purchase orders.
- Maintenance of information in system.
- Stock count and inventory management.
- Monitoring the status of loan equipment due dates.
- Processing payments for AR/AP.
- Oversee the dunning process while managing outstanding balances.
- Provide support to audit processes.
- Min. 5 years of working experience in accounting and sales support functions.
- Min. Diploma or Degree in Business studies or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PivotTable knowledge would be advantegous).
