Job Location SingaporeAs Sales and Fund Management Group Specialist of the Business Unit, you will lead work related to 1) Managing customer payments, PO & Invoice Management 2) Reporting financial tracking and budget reporting 3) Driving simplification projects to improve effectiveness and efficiency of business processes of the team.This role reports to a Sales Director.How success looks like

• Lead accurate & timely master data maintenance to avoid any interruption to business
• To ensure timely customer payments and within threshold
• Create new or enhance existing capabilities around reporting and master data to improve overall process excellence

Responsibilities of the role

• Manage year-end accruals and customer payments.
• Ensure customer payments are done on time & in line with company\'s compliance guidelines.
• Ensure due diligence and checks are done for all supporting documents required prior to payment processing.
• Setting up processes to ensure clear performance verification across all customer payments.
• Financial tracking and budget reporting via SAP system.
• Monthly reporting of cost progress and basic analysis for assigned portfolio of business.
• Resolving basic cost reporting/accounting issues.
• Providing secretarial and administrative support for members in the team. Coordinate team meetings and processes
• Corporate event planning - coordinating logistics needs for teleconferences, local meetings and events

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Qualification - Finance/ Business Preferred
• Strong written & verbal communication skills (English) to handle business conversations & collaboration with Business Partners, as well as customers.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel is a requirement. Knowledge & Experience in Power BI and Mircrosoft Word will be helpful
• Basic Knowledge of cost accounting / SAP is preferred
• Maintains high data accuracy
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Analytical skills \xe2\x80\x93 ability to analyse data and establish a strategy to address gaps and support action plans, audits and controls changes
• Capacity and Agility - Proven ability to lead several priorities effectively, comfortable with ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs and priorities. A self-starter who can work independently and with a consistent track record of delivering results.
• Pro-active attitude and anticipatory. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment both internally and externally with all levels of people
