About the Role

As a Sales & Program Manager, you will drive business development and lead customer programs across the full project lifecycle. This is a hybrid role combining client-facing sales with technical program oversight--ideal for those who thrive in high-mix, low-volume engineering environments.
? Responsibilities
----------------------
Lead project-based sales of automation, robotics, and mechatronic systems.
Manage customer programs from quotation to delivery--timeline, cost, quality.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to meet client needs.
Conduct plant tours, prepare QMS and RFQ documentation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term growth.
Requirements
----------------
Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
3-5 years of experience in technical sales or project/program management.
Familiarity with automation, contract manufacturing, or precision engineering.
Strong client management and internal coordination skills.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (for regional communication).
