Sales Assistant

Your Role

You'll work closely with our experienced immigration consultants to support clients from first inquiry to successful migration.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with

client inquiries

on visa, study, work, and migration services. Provide initial information and

schedule consultations

with senior consultants. Maintain and update

accurate client databases

and records. Follow up with leads via

calls, emails, or messages

to encourage engagement and conversions. Prepare

quotations, proposals, and service agreements

under supervision. Support

marketing and promotional activities

to generate new leads. Coordinate with the

processing team

to monitor client application progress. Deliver

excellent customer service

and ensure smooth communication across all stages.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferred) -- any field welcome!*
Prior experience in

sales, customer service, or admin

is a plus (immigration/education experience is an advantage). Excellent

communication and interpersonal

skills. Strong

organization and multitasking

abilities. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

and CRM systems. A

positive attitude, eagerness to learn
