Responsibilities
  • Generate truck sales within Singapore market, Singapore Hub
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships with existing and new customers
  • Contribute to increase commercial turnover and profit
  • To ensure Number 1 in customer satisfaction and achievement of service quality targets
  • Staff management
  • Provide timely product support to the sales team and key contact personnel to factory related
  • to product support
  • Responsible for complete TSP process
  • Ensure all sales executives adopt Salesforce way of working
  • Encourage sales team to adopt commercial crew of working
  • Responsible to monitor all sales team to make use Salesforce diligently
  • Execute daily sales activities including generating new leads and sales
  • Plan & execute tactical sales plan
  • Generate new contacts & businesses
  • Explore new ideas & business opportunities
  • Manage and maintain existing key accounts
  • Provide product and engineering solution
  • Responsible for department account receivable & other department matters
  • Analyze the market (potential and existing customers, competition activities)
  • Participate actively with Singapore management team
  • Manage salespersons’ activities (annual sales program, planning of promotional campaigns,
  • review of reports, purchase orders, conversion rate, hit rate)
  • Verify and approve customer orders (technical and financial validation)
  • Organise team work for continuous development (quality, deadlines, prices, costs, health & safety), set targets, train, inform, communicate performance results, resolve difficulties through weekly meetings)
  • Optimise department organisation (sectors, market surveys)
  • Manage the team: recruitment, competence development, coaching, annual performance assessment meetings, proposals for promotion
  • Prepare and agree with senior management annual activity budget
  • Analyze monthly results and key performance indicators (volumes, market share) and prepare relevant action plans
  • Analyze team performance, both individual and joint, utilizing key performance indicators, (market knowledge, successes, failures…)
  • Communicate results and action plans to team and senior management on a regular basis.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing
  • Formal training in leadership, communication and people skills
  • Competencies required, taken from Leadership competencies
  • Knowledge of market, industry trends & competitors
  • 3 to 5 years working experience in Automotive sales and service Industry
  • Necessary Technical / Functional / Language skills
  • Good communication skills, strong customer service-oriented attitude with flair for sales
  • Result oriented and team player
  • Motivated, positive and independent
  • Class 3 driving license
